Gamedze (drum kit) and Espinoza (saxophone and percussion) play together in an exploratory duo format. They first started playing together in Angel Bat Dawid’s band Tha Brothahood in 2019 and have relished opportunities to play more together ever since. Xristian is based in Chicago and works as an anti disciplinary artist, making multidimensional visual and sculptural pieces and expresses himself on multiple instruments. He has worked with Norman W Long, Sura Dupart, David Boykin, Ana Ruiz and many others. Asher is based in Cape Town and works as a musician, an organiser, a writer and a historian. His debut album Dialectic Soul came out in 2020 and he has worked with Nduduzo Makhathini, Xhanti Nokwali, Manny Walters, Lu’rah and others.
